Q: Do you accept Pets in your houses?
A: Yes and No. Cats for example we accept in our Rental Property, but dogs are stricktly not allowed to live in the houses. On request may we can consider 1 small dog live in the garden in a corner House. And yes of course no Chicken Farm is allowed
Q: Do you charge an extra fee on water or electric?
A: No, they will charged direct from the goverment rates
Q: Is there a drinking water delivery?
A: Yes once a week there will be a truck delivery drinking water boxes with 20 bottles around 40 THB each box
Q: Pick up from the garbage?
A: Yes, once a week on monday morning goverment pick up the garbage. Goverment Garbage Bag is 10 THB each
Q: Does the landlord takes over the aircoon cleaning?
A: No, the renter has to clean the air conditioning every 6 months. The cost is currently 400 THB per air conditioner
Q: I do not want to take care of the garden myself, you can give me contact to a gardener?
A: Yes we have contact to a garden come on call
Q: My gas bottle is empty - do i have to pickup myself a new ?
A: Yes you can pickup at the shop at the canal road or you can call for free delivery also
Q: Can i get TM30 for my Visa from you?
A: Yes we register every foreigner living in our houses on rental start

A: Only Grab is available there

A: 7 Elven at the PTT Petrol Station is just 3 km away or Big C Hangdong2 is just 5 km away, Rimping Kad Farang just 6 km
